Surrounded by landscaped gardens with a terrace with barbecue and spectacular sea views, the property comes with a host of superb amenities from the tennis court to the 15m heated infinity pool, stylish interiors, a Creston music system, a wet room for post surfing or sailing activities and its all geared up with Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, Sky Boxes and Wii. It is, in short, one of Cornwall's most appealing holiday cottages.
N.B. The pool and tennis court are shared with the main, private house.

- On the ground floor there is a large wet room with hot showers for post sea activities with ample storage for wet suits, surfboards, buckets spades & fishing nets
- N.B. a selection of wet suits and body boards are kept on the premises for guests use (although the cottage is not able to cater for every size)

The picturesque village of Rock on Cornwall's North Coast has become something of a place to go over recent years. Close to many of the region's highlights, never far from cream teas, good pubs, rolling surf and some of the best restaurants in Britain, this stretch of coastline has sandy cove's, broad swathes of golden sand, links golf and some of the prettiest cobblestoned fishing villages in Britain.
