A beautifully designed villa, fabulously located on the Sandy Lane Estate with island's the best beaches (Sandy Lane Beach 5 mins), as well as golf and tennis, close at hand. There is a full compliment of staff, including a cook providing three meals per day, housekeeper, laundress, night security guard, gardener and a personal villa manager/ concierge to help book and organise your week.

Outside, amongst landscaped gardens, is a coral stone pool deck with sunloungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. All sit beside the pool house with its covered bar area, obligatory barbecue and bathroom with shower facilities.

Inside are 5 bedrooms set across 2 floors (see below) and a media room, with a large smart TV with surround sound. The main living space is blessed with natural light, which pours through large French doors that open up onto the gardens. The villa also features an air-conditioned, fully equipped gym with weight and cardio machines.

Set across 2 floors, the Master Suite on the upper floor comes with study, full-length terrace, dressing area and a marble bathroom. The two other upper floor rooms feature private terraces overlooking the gardens, pool and courtyard. The ground floor bedroom opens onto a private terrace with direct access to the grounds and pool deck.
